A true-to-name fragrance that contains white cedar, ylang ylang, cypress, and musk. It is a complex fragrance that elicits a simple response - this smells just like Baby Powder!

This fragrance oil is infused with natural essential oils, including Cedarwood, Patchouli and Ylang Ylang.

Note: We will not be able to take returns or refund for frosting. Since the candles and tarts are 100% soy it is natural for the soy to have frosting. It will not have any effect on the smell or function of the candle or tart.
